Our Pledge

As members of The New Jersey Purveyors Association, we pledge ourselves and our companies to:

• Maintain the highest standards of personal integrity to assure that the conduct of my business will inspire confidence in my association and my industry.

• Refrain from any activities which may adversely reflect upon my association and my industry.

• Accurately represent the services and/or products available to prospective customers.

• Charge only for products and services actually delivered and perform only those repairs and services which truly benefits the customer.

• Refrain from intentionally charging customers for services which result from careless, incompetent or negligent acts performed by myself or my employees.

• Conduct myself in an ethical manner when relating to competitors and refrain from intentionally misrepresenting a competitors products or services.

• Recognize and discharge my responsibility, as well as encourage my employees, to observe the laws and regulations pertaining to the conduct of my business.
